Current students
You can update most personal details by logging in to the My Details section within the student portal.
To change or update your preferred name, gender, title, legal name and/or date of birth you can complete the Change Personal Details form, available in the Forms section within the student portal.
If you move house, make sure to update your contact address by logging into My Details. If you need to update your permanent address, please complete the Update your Permanent Address & Residency Details form.
Non-current students
If you are no longer a current student and cannot access the student portal, you can request updates to your legal name or date of birth by:
- Emailing askgeorge@swin.edu.au with certified supporting documentation (such as a name change certificate or marriage certificate), or
- Visiting Student HQ in person with the original documents.
Address updates for non-current students are confirmed as part of specific request forms and do not require separate verification unless otherwise advised.
