An Enrolment Statement provides official confirmation that you're enrolled in a course or program at Swinburne. It also outlines your study load for the current teaching period.

What's included:

  • Course and program name(s)
  • Start and end dates
  • Census dates for enrolled subjects
  • Study load for the relevant teaching period
  • Confirmation that your course is delivered in English.

This statement can be used as evidence of your enrolment and study load for various purposes, such Centrelink support payments.

At any point in your studies, you can email your Enrolment Statement to yourself:

  • Log in to My Swinburne
  • Click on your admitted course under 'My Study'
  • Go to 'Self Service Reports'
  • Click 'Request an Enrolment Advice Report'
  • You will see a confirmation that the report has been emailed to you.

If you're a past student, please email askgeorge@swinburne.edu.au to receive your statement.
