I have a timetable clash, what can I do?

  • Check if it is a clash. You may have classes scheduled at the same time and day but on alternative weeks.
  • Try moving your clashing classes to other available times so they no longer clash.
  • If there are other classes that are currently full, regularly check to see if a place becomes available in your preferred time. Additional places are also released at later dates.
  • Consider amending your enrolment and changing to a different unit.

My timetable shows "No classes available."

Vocational Education students:

  • If your offer letter advises you to register in a block group, you must select your block group before enrolling in any units.
  • Once you have selected your block group and enrolled in all units in your study plan, your timetable will be automatically assigned.
  • It may take up to three (3) business days for class registration to be completed.
  • Until then, your timetable will display "No classes available."

Higher Education students:

  • Additional placed may be released at later dates. Information on Key timetable dates can be found here.
  • Places can become available as other students change their timetable.

Why have my registered classes changed?

  • Class times, locations, and delivery modes are subject to change.
  • If any changes are made, you’ll be notified by email.
  • Your timetable will also be updated with the new details.

Why can't I see my timetable?

  • If you can’t see your timetable in My Calendar, check the filters.
  • Select ‘All’ in the drop-down menu next to Pick Relevant Study Period.
  • Select the week you want to view in the calendar next to Week Starting.
