Payments made against your student account can be viewed at any time by logging into My Swinburne and requesting a Statement of Account as below:

  • Click on your admitted course in the ‘My Study’ tile.

  • Click ‘Self Service Reports’

  • Request a Statement of Account to have a current copy sent to your student email, this will show the payments you have made towards your tuition fees this year.

  • Note: payments will take up to 3 business days to show on your Statement of Account – longer for overseas payments.

  • When you make a payment online a Payment Notification Advice is automatically emailed to your Swinburne student email account (this is your receipt).

  • Your payment is also displayed under Payment Receipts in My Financesonline.

  • You'll receive a payment receipt number online once your payment is confirmed (through your nominated bank), this is your receipt. It's recommended that you record the reference number and print a copy of the screen for proof of payment.

  • If you require another copy of a past payment, you must contact your bank.

  • Over the counter at the post office: At the time of payment, you can request a receipt.
