You may not have completed all requirements. This includes:
- Not passing all required units
- Not meeting total credit points for your course
Your enrolment details may not be updated. For example:
- A course change wasn’t fully processed
- You were enrolled in one award but completed another
There may be a hold on your account. This can include:
- Outstanding fees
- Missing or incorrect USI details
