Photo not yet approved: Log in to Capture Me to upload a passport-style photo. You’ll be asked to choose your preferred campus for collecting your physical ID card.
Photo approved: To collect your physical ID card, follow the instructions in the confirmation email you will receive once your photo is approved.
Here's how to collect your card based on your campus:
Hawthorn campus: Scan the QR code (included in your email) at the ID card kiosk on Level 1 of the Library.
Croydon and Wantirna campuses: Visit StudentHQ in the Library to collect your card in person.
You can access your virtual student ID card in the Swinburne app.
