If your course status is 'admitted':

You’ll need to contact studentHQ to organise a formal course completion check. This process confirms that all academic requirements have been met before your graduation can proceed.

If your course status is 'potentially complete':

Once you have received a pass grade for all your units, your course status will automatically be updated to 'passed'; you will then be scheduled to receive an invitation to the graduation ceremony.

  • April and August ceremonies, your course must be fully passed and conferred to receive an invitation. This ensures that only eligible graduates are invited to participate in these events. Invites are sent approximately four weeks prior to the ceremony.
  • December ceremony, if you are marked as potentially completed at least eight weeks prior to the ceremony you will receive an invitation before the official results release date to allow sufficient time for planning. If you are then unsuccessful in a unit and do not pass, your invitation will be revoked and tickets refunded.

After receiving your invitation:

You can choose to:

  • Attend the ceremony
  • Defer to a future ceremony
  • Decline the invitation

If you're unsure of your course status or next steps, reach out to studentHQ for guidance.
