- Add another authentication method using the setup link. This helps if you change devices or lose access.
Lost access to your MFA?
If you no longer have your device or app:
- Add a new method (like SMS verification)
- Then contact the Service Centre +61 3 9214 5000. They can reset your MFA if needed.
