You can choose majors, minors or electives from the units that make up your course. These let you explore new interests and build skills that match your goals.

Before you choose, think about your course requirements, career plans and what interests you most. Your course rules (outlined in the course handbook) explain how many credit points you can use for different components, and how many Level 1 units you can complete as part of your course.

Suggested options are listed in your Course Handbook under searching your course. You can also look at this infographic for some tips.

Why it matters:

Choosing the right combination of majors, minors or electives helps you:

  • explore interests outside your core studies
