- Log into My Swinburne
- Go to ‘My Study’
- Click on ‘Manage My Course’
- Select ‘Self Service Reports’
- Click ‘Request' button for Academic Transcript
This will generate an unofficial academic transcript for you to check your results.
Note: official transcripts only display results that have been released at the time of ordering and include all results achieved at Swinburne to date
If you have completed your studies:
- Graduates will receive a free digital official academic transcript via My eQuals after their award is conferred
- If a digital copy is required prior to award conferral, a fee will apply
If you have not completed your studies:
- You can order an official academic transcript anytime through your student portal, a fee will apply
If you can’t access the portal, you can submit a request online.
